Refund and Returns Policy

Your rights (the important bit)
This policy follows UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

New Items

Changed your mind? No problem
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you want to return an item
You then have another 14 days to send it back


Items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• With original packaging where possible

We’ll refund:
• The item price
• The original standard delivery cost


• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise

Faulty, damaged, or not as described
• Let us know within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
• After 30 days (and up to 6 months), we’ll usually offer a repair or replacement first
• If that’s not possible, you’ll receive a refund
• We’ll always cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items


Second-Hand (Used) Items

What to expect
All second-hand items are sold as used and may show signs of wear
Any major flaws or defects are clearly listed on the product page

Changed your mind
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns on second-hand items unless stated otherwise
This helps keep prices fair and transparent

Faulty or not as described
You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery
Items must:
• Match their description
• Be fit for purpose, considering their age and condition
• We’ll cover return postage if the item is confirmed faulty or misdescribed
